Is it like a Giclee?

Giclone is a trademarked term to describe an individual piece of fine art created by using only computer pixels in all stages of the creative process.  It is done by an artist on a computer with digital brushes and colors instead of the brushes and paint used by traditional artists or a high resolution digital camera instead of the old fashioned film cameras.
